To commemorate IJBBA’s 40th Anniversary, the IJBBA is excited about the opportunity to offer eleven prints of
“Brangus: A Cattlemen’s Legacy”by Robert Butler. Mr. Butler is well known throughout the Brangus breed for his
painting “Born Brangus.”
This painting was given to Laura Lee Taylor by Mr. Butler and has been in her personal collection since 2001. This
will be the first time that prints have ever been offered for purchase. We are extremely grateful to Mr. and Mrs.
Taylor for this unique fundraising opportunity for IJBBA!
Furthermore, Mr. Tom Hayford, IJBBA Advisor from Bonifay, Florida, has
graciously hand built custom frames for each of the prints IJBBA will be
offering. The frames are built of Dead Head Cypress pulled out of a river
near Bonifay, Florida and is estimated to have been at the bottom of the
river for over 100 years as the log was axe cut and branded. Additionally,
each frame bears a custom IJBBA plaque celebrating 40 years of the IJBBA.
The IJBBA Board will be offering ten framed 12”x24” prints and one
24”x48” framed print at various ranch sales and Brangus events over the
course of the next year. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to help IJBBA
celebrate its 40th, support a great cause and own one of these incredibly
unique framed prints!
