This stylish bull on a smaller scale it may appear, but don’t be deceived.
The only thing light about him is his birth weight, 75#! He weaned off
at an impressive 716# out of a first calf Dream On daughter and has
continued to grow. He adjusted to over 1200# as a yearling. His grand

Good cow families are a priceless treasure in the cattle industry. They
“flat out produce,” and behind every great herd sire stands a great cow.
A maternal sister to this bull sold in our ’11 Focus on the Female sale for
$5,000 to Wes Reynolds of Iowa. His grand dam, S505, is as pretty and
deep-gutted purebred Angus as we own. Her bull calf in last year’s sale
commanded $8,500 going to Texas.

Cows on the winter range, this small plant is white
sage and is high in protien.
Dad on Miss Shady May, Spring Vaccination
We seldom show pictures of our winter range but it is vitally as
important as a summer country. Our cattle calve and many of
them reside in breeding pastures on desert winter range 40 miles
west of Beaver from December until July. Our cows will stay
fatter out there than the ones we keep home and feed hay.
