exciting sires to use on heifers we
decided on this bull since he met our
qualifications. First, they must sire lighter birth weights, but not TOO light. Second,
the progeny must be extremely competitive for growth. The Frontman bull calves born
here the past two years have made the grade in our consideration when they have
averaged 75 lbs. at birth. His sons in two years have posted an average of 104 at
weaning. Pretty impressive for a calving-ease sire!
