UNTOUCHABLE was one of our top sellers
in our 2011 sale going to Soo Line Cattle
in Canada. In their dispersion last fall, we
thought enough of this bull to buy him back.
In partnership with Jac’s Ranch in AK, we now have one of the premier performance bulls to run
in our pastures. Study the numbers his first progeny have generated here. All five bulls had an average of
84 lbs., ratio 101 at birth, 769 lbs., ratio 105 at weaning. His 3 daughters did 85 lbs. at birth and 661 lbs.,
ratio 111 at weaning. Strong numbers for a strong performance sire. His rank within the breed is above
the 1% for WEPD, YEPD, $F, and yet is in the 10% rank for MEPD. You won’t find a sire group with more
muscle expression than the “UNTOUCHABLES!”

Kodiak was purchased in the 2009 Soo
Line sale in Canada. We were looking
for an outcross line to bring in even
more muscle and power. Mission
accomplished! Kodiak 8073 is really big topped, long sided, and very attractive. He is somewhat
bigger frame than most of the Kodiaks. His calves are much like him. The bulls are strong
topped, tons of rib shape, excellent footed, with quality to spare. The heifers are sweet looking,
super deep sided, and pack a lot of weight. They sure look the part being great mother cows!
Kodiak is proving his worth every day as one of our really good investments.

The Consensus 7229 sire group is very
impressive for thickness, stature, and
quality. All the bulls calves we had by
him averaged 78 lbs. at birth for a 98
ratio. They spurted to an average of 729 lbs., ratio 103 at weaning. The female side was also
strong as they did 75 lbs., ratio 96 at birth and averaged 609 lbs., ratio 100 at weaning. They
look very maternal and to us seem like a great base upon which to build some very productive
cattle. Consensus 7229 was used on many of our top producing cows. The mating of his muscle
dimension and style on our big volume type cows worked extremely well. Look here for the
strong herd bull type.

Wow, what a sire of absolutely good,
sound, superior growth type cattle. We
are thrilled with the offspring we have
from the Timeless sire. Just look at the
numbers he has assembled in this calf crop. These numbers are from all his progeny that were
weaned. The eleven bull calves averaged 88 lbs. at birth, 801 lbs. at weaning. The nine heifers
did 81 lbs. at birth and 663 lbs. at weaning. They are long bodied, full of muscle, and are most
correct in their structure. Timeless is above the 1% for weaning, yearling, $F, and in the 5%
rank for $B. A proven leader for performance traits!
