Errors:
A sincere effort shall be made to correct any errors noted in the
catalog; such announcements from the auction stand will take
precedence over printed matter in the catalog. All data in the catalog
or supplement sheet is correct to the best of our knowledge. We
assume no personal responsibility for errors. The auctioneer will
settle all disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be
final.
Free Care Until April 16
th
:
We will care for your bulls free of charge but at the purchaser’s risk
and you may pick them up any time prior to April 16
th
. Bulls
remaining at Colby Community College Beef Unit after April 16 will be
charged $3.50 per head per day.
Health:
All bulls went through a comprehensive health management program,
including vaccination for respiratory and bacterial disease, parasite
control and PI testing (either prior to entry or upon entry to test). All
bulls tested negative for BVD. Any bulls suffering from sickness ore
injury were treated accordingly. Any bulls selling out of state must
under Trich testing before leaving the facility. These bulls will be held
10 days post sale until test results are received. Costs of the testing
will be placed on the purchaser of individual(s) in question.

4 miles east of Colby, KS on Highway 24 to County Road (TH) 23. 1
mile north on TH 23 to College farm. Beef unit is located on north end
of the farm.
