Sale Day Supplement Sheet:
A supplement sheet will be made available, both online at DVacutions
and on sale day. This will include scrotal measures, ultrasound data,
aswell as any changes to the catalog.
Sale Order:
First lots to sell will be top end ranks for performance and efficiency
ranks followed by even breakdown amongst consigners. This will be
made available on DVauctions.com as well on sale day.
Sale Offering Videos:
Visit
to view sale offering videos available on
the bulls selling. Buyers must pre-register to bid online.
Terms & Conditions:
All on site sales are cash terms only. No animal will leave the
premises until final transactions are made.
Handling:
Each animal will be purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. Announcement
from the auction box will give details of care of bulls from time of sale
until loaded on purchaser’s truck.
Buyer’s Protection:
Standard recommendations of breed associations will apply. Any
guarantee will be the responsibility of individual consignors. In the
event a bull is a non-breeder, the seller shall be notified prior to
disposing of the bull.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk as the Test
Station and the Test Station Committee assume no liability, legal or
otherwise, for any accident or injury that may occur.
