Captain is a super solid, versatile gelding with a
fantastic cowhorse pedigree. He’s both bred and
trained to watch a cow and has earned winnings
in the NCHA. Captain is the kind of reliable
horse that Hailey feels perfectly comfortable
grabbing for any day on the ranch, and we’ve
had beginning riders and guests on him, too.
Though he is small in stature and his natural
pace is easy-going, he can really hit a stride
and cover ground if you need him to. If you
are looking for a handy little horse to trail ride, work cows and to
compete on in RSNC sortings, be sure to take a look at Captain!

Aztec is a great example of what many of us
look for in a horse. He is extremely gentle and
so willing to please. I have moved cows many
times on him, as well as wrangled large pastures
without any fuss. He’s a horse I always look
forward to riding because of his incredibly calm
disposition and willingness to give his best in the
face of whatever job I give him. From working
bridleless in the arena to calmly sorting cows in
the corrals, Aztec is the horse you can choose
to do a job and not worry about how your horse
will take it.
