The Primrose cow has produced more herdsires than just about any cow in the Red Angus breed. Lot 13 is no
exception and may be the best one to date. Primrose 2043 has over 70 progeny to date and countless daughters
who have been flushed. Last yearís high selling bull sold to Crump Red Angus and lot 13 is a full brother. Lot
13ís full brothers sell as lot 59, 149, 247, 249, and 310. Maternal brothers sell as lot 225, 294, 296 AND 319.
Lot 14 is a full brother to Bieber Spartacus A193 and to lot 18 as well. When we
identified Spartacus in the 2014 offering we had him penned wrong and he stuck
out. These two full brothers have always been right at the top and you will not
have much trouble finding them. We are going to be pretty tempted to sample one
or both of these two as well.
Lot 15, is one of an amazing set of 8 full brothers 5, 10, 33, 41, 82, 86, and 88 that all
are going to get a lot of attention. B&K Cattle Co, Blake & Kirsten Angell, KS bought
this dam and we told Blake that he was going to be impressed with the offering
246U produced for our spring offering. We have an outstanding group of full sisters
making the impact of this mating go on a long time. 246U is a Romero daughters
and they are really noted for is their extremely easy fleshing ability which keeps
them in the herd a long time. Rose 246U, her dam, and granddam all spent time in
our donor pen. Make sure you check out all the full brothers.
