Terms & Conditions:
Terms of this sale are cash or personal check
with ID. Every animal sells to the highest bidder with the auctioneer
settling any disputes. Announcements from the block and on sale day
take precedence over the catalog. All horses are buyer’s property as
soon as sold in terms of liability. Horses will not leave Haugen Train-
ing Facility until full and final payment is made. Buyers must make
arrangements for care of horses, at their own risk, once sold to them.
Seller and sale management is not responsible for misrepresentation
or any other liability.
AQHA Registration:
All registered horses sell with transfer applica-
tions, it is the buyers responsibility to fund transfer.
Guarantee:
To the best of our knowledge, every horse in the sale is free of disease or defect.
Known defects will be called from the block. Health of horses is excellent. Health papers will
be issued for travel at request. All horses have a current negative Coggins.
Trucking:
Buyers are responsible for trucking their own horses. Professional livestock haul-
ers will be on call.
Insurance:
Insurance can be arranged by calling Thomas Merritt • Magill Insurance Inc
(580) 302-1213. Any horses left for any length of time post sale must be insured.
Absentee Bids:
Anyone who cannot be there on sale day can leave a bid with Phil at (580)
772-4296, or with the auctioneer or ring staff.
Any person attending this sale does so at their own risk, the sale management, owners,
facility personel, and sale employees nor anyone connected with this sale assumes any
liability, legal or otherwise.
