SALE LOCATION:
Butch’s Angus is located in Jackson, MO. From the junction of
Hwy 25, 72 and 61, take Hwy 72 west, one half mile to route PP, turn left (south) on
PP at stop light and go 1 mile and turn right onto County Road 330. Please refer to
the map on the back cover of this catalog.

INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
The cattle are available for inspection at anytime.
Visitors are always welcome.
LOT NUMBERS:
The tags on Animals will correspond with the lot numbers in the
catalog. Ear Tags on calves at the side of dam correspond with the dam’s number.
HERD HEALTH:
Certified herd #879. All bulls fertility tested and examined for
breeding soundness. All cattle will be accompanied by a proper health certificate
for immediate shipment. All bulls are virgin bulls.
TRUCKING:
Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to assist you in
shipping your purchases.
LIABILITY:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. The owners,
Auction Service and Sale Staff assume no liability for property or any accidents that
may occur.
BREEDING INFORMATION:
A supplemental sheet will be available sale day with
complete and up to date calving information. Announcements from auction block
regarding the cattle selling in this sale take precedence over information listed in
this catalog.

as recommended by the American Angus Association.

Interest in BULLS
Butch’s Angus is retaining a semen-sharing interest in the bulls. The buyer gets
full possession and full salvage rights. If any semen sales results from any of these
bulls, the net revenues will be shared one-third/two thirds. This is a strong group
of bulls and we find it hard to pick out just a few.

effort will be made to process your application in a timely manner.

buyer numbers until you have purchased a lot in the sale, and that number is only
usable for that auction. After the sale contact the sale owner or manager to make
arrangements for payment and delivery of your online purchases.

Proxy Bidding:
If you can’t access a computer during the sale, you can now place a

the sale date nears there will be a “Proxy Bidding”link under the sale listing on the
main page of DVAuction. You can then place the maximum amount that you’d like
to bid, and our system will represent your bid just as if you were there.
