TERMS:
Terms of sale are cash or check. Settlement must be made in full immediately following the sale
before animals can be loaded or delivered. Every animal sells to the highest bidder any dispute will be
settled by auctioneer. Any corrections from auction block takes precedence over printed material in catalog.
HEALTH/CATTLE MANAGEMENT:
All cattle are on a complete vaccination program as recommended by
our veterinarian.
Emits Bulls
were weaned Sept. 28 and are pail fed a corn/oats grain mix and free choice
prairie hay. It is a growing ration, not a finishing ration. The bulls are grown and developed in a way that
is best for the bull so they will function better and last longer for you the customer.
David’s Bulls
were
weaned Oct. 15th and put on accuration and free choice prairie hay. No bulls were creep fed.
BREEDING GUARANTEE:
We guarantee all bulls to be breeders, although we recommend you have
the bull’s semen tested a couple of weeks before turn out time. If after two tests a bull is found to be a
non-breeder, we will replace the bull or allow credit toward next year’s sale. This guarantee is void if there
is any evidence of improper management in caring for the animal, or the bull’s inability to breed is due to
sickness or injury which was incurred after being sold. The bull shall be returned by the purchaser or other
arrangements made with us.
LIABILITIES:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The owners assume no liability,
legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
DELIVERY:
If you haul your own bull home sale day you will receive $25.00 off purchase price. We can
assist you in delivering the bulls either to your ranch or to central locations on major highways up to 300
miles at the
least cost possible
to the new purchaser. If you are unable to take your bull at this time we
will keep bulls (at your risk, but they must be insured) for $3.50 per head/day with all bulls needing to be
delivered by April 20th.
