LIABILITY
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The
consignors of Brush Country Bulls/Tom Brothers Ranch and the
sales staff assumes no liability for property loss or accidents that
may occur.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements made sale day and from the auction block during
the sale take precedence over printed material associated with
the sale.
INSURANCE
Livestock mortality insurance is available sale day from National
Livestock Insurance Agency 806-372-3826. We encourage buyers
to insure their purchases.
HEALTH
Herd Veterinarian – Dr. Ronnie Ussery, Atascosa Veterinary Clinic
Bulls were dewormed with Dectomax Injectable 10/29/13. Bulls
were vaccinated with Ultrabac-7, ViraShield 6, and StayBred VL5
on 11/18/13. Bulls are current on their respiratory, 7-way, and
vibrio/lepto vaccinations. Bulls conform to Texas Animal Health
Commission standards for Trichimoniasis Free Certification.
Health papers will be in order for bulls to pass for both interstate
and international travel. International health papers and health
testing will be provided at cost to international buyers. All bulls
selling have been fertility tested and scrotal measured and are
guaranteed breeders.
TRUCKING
$50 off bulls hauled sale day. If purchaser requests at time of
settlement, we will assist in making delivery of bulls. Free deliv-
ery within 150 miles. For bulls traveling beyond 150 miles, the
most economical trucking available will be arranged, and the 150
mile credit will be applied towards the delivery cost. We will
make special delivery arrangements and discounts for volume
buyers on an individual basis. Free delivery will be at Brush
Country Bulls convenience, and will begin after January 14th.
CATTLE CARE OPTION
If bulls are not taken sale day, they will be left at Tom Brothers
Ranch and fed for no charge until January 14th. We will keep
your bulls for $4.00/day after January 14th. Brush Country Bulls
is not responsible for accidents to bulls kept at Tom Brothers
Ranch after the sale. The bulls become your property when they
are sold. We suggest you insure your purchase.
