Volume Purchase Discount:
A volume discount of $250. will be given on the 5th bull purchased, by one family ranch-
ing operation. $50.00 discount for every bull purchased thereafter on sale day.
Breeding Guarantee:
Bulls are guaranteed breeders through the first breeding season. If a breeding problem occurs
that is confirmed by a veterinarian, the buyer must return the bull to the seller in good health and have a minimum of
at least 1# ADG since purchase for guarantee to apply for an exchange for and equal quality bull or for credit towards
the purchase in the next sale. In no case will the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price. Severance
Diamond Charolais will make every effort to make sure that you, our customer, are fully satisfied with the bulls. This
is not a life insurance policy. We will not replace a dead animal if it dies for any reason. Full mortality insurance can
be purchased sale day.
Pre-Sale Viewing:
Bulls may be viewed at the ranch until Wednesday, January 16th.
Terms and Conditions:
The terms of the sale are cash or check payable to the clerks following the sale, unless sat-
isfactory credit arrangements have been made with Jan Severance prior to the sale.
Health:
Bulls have been treated with Bova Shield Gold, one shot, 7-way, and Decto Max. Health certificates will be
provided for each sale lot.
Trucking:
Severance Diamond Charolais will assist in making economical trucking arrangements. We can take the
bulls back home if it is more convenient to pick them up at the ranch or bring your own trailer sale day and receive
$25.00 per bull discount.
Boarding Arrangements:
We can feed a number of bulls to help customers until they can take the bulls home, feed-
ing rate is $2.50 per head per day.
Additional Performance Data:
Adjusted 365 day weights and ratios, average daily gain, and scrotal measurements
will be available sale day. Check the web site after January 2 for additional performance information.
Financing:
You have the option of paying 50% of purchase price on the sale day, and the balance when you pick up
you bulls.  Interest free. Insurance or a waiver of liability will be available at the settlement desk. We will be feeding
the bulls at your risk.
