Bids will be handled in strict confidence by any of the pub-
lication representatives or Red Western representatives.
HEALTH
All bulls have had a general health and fertility examina-
tion and have been semen tested. Coming 2 year olds
will be trich tested.
LIABILITY
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk.
The hosts assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any
accidents which may occur.
DELIVERY
Bulls picked up sale day will be discounted $50. Free
delivery in Nebraska and surrounding states. Farther
deliveries at cheapest cost possible to buyer. Please let
the office staff know what you want done with your bull.
Bulls become full responsibility of the buyer when sold,
we recommend that you insure your purchases.
BULL WARRANTY
Optional Protection against injury or death of your bull.
Coverage is good for a period of 5 months following sale
day. Cost is 6% of the purchase price paid at settlement.
In the event your bull is permanently injured or dies, you
receive credit towards purchase of another bull in the
amount of the original purchase minus any salvage.
Injuries or death will need to be documented by licensed
vet, and not be a cause of neglect. Ex. You purchase a bull
for $3,000 at the Red Western Sale on April 12, 2013 and
buy the warranty for $180. He gets injured on May 31st.
You sell him and get credit for $3,000 minus what he
brought when you salvaged him. If he died it would have
been $3,000 credit towards your replacement bull. If you
choose not to purchase the insurance for your bull, their
will be no guarantee's or warranties on your purchases.
CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS

buyer at end of sale (each bull purchased gets your

• 1 free bag of Red Angus FCCP tags per bull purchased

• $200 cash back per bull purchased for every old bull
you bring to town sale day!!
UNDERSTANDING THE FRAME SCORES
Due to the inaccuracies in hip height measuring we have
chosen to go to a more “ball park” system.
• Bulls under 4.5 frame will show Mod. (-)
• Bulls between 4.5 and 5.5 will show Mod.
• Bulls over 5.5 frame will show Mod. (+)
