Load Out Information
DELIVERY
We will deliver at
least 80% of the distance
to your operation We will
not drop at your ranch except
on purchases totaling over
$40,000. Preferred drop points
are not guaranteed and are subject
to change depending on load routes We try
hard to get the cattle to everyone as safely,
timely and cost effectively as possible
FREE DELIVERY (CATTLE)
We are offering free delivery to our
“preferred delivery points” within the
continental US for each buyer that
purchases at least $15,000 in bulls or
$30,000 in any combination of bulls and
females in this sale For all cattle purchases
totaling less than these amounts, we will
provide delivery service to our “preferred
delivery points” at the costs outlined below
Please inform us when you check out
that you are hauling your own or that you
would like us to coordinate the delivery
of your cattle. Just fill out a Delivery
Information Sheet in the back of the sale
day supplement and give it to the clerk
when you pay out. Please note the cost
of delivery associated with each delivery
point. These charges will be reflected on
your invoice on a per head basis
LOAD-OUT SERVICE (for all cattle)
Many people prefer to haul their own
cattle, and we are glad to help make this
process as quick and easy as possible If
you choose to haul your own cattle, we
can load them any time during the day
on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or on
Saturday morning We can load your cattle
during the sale but you must first pay out.
Then bring the extra copy of your bill of
sale (that you will receive at check out) in
order to load out All bulls will be loaded
at our Bull Development Center and load
out area located 1/2 mile west of our sale
facility All females will be loaded out on
the southeast corner of our headquarters
pens where we host the sale - near the big
red fuel tanks We do not have lights to
load after dark All animals that are to be
hauled by the customer will be cared for
at no cost through noon Monday, October
14, 2013 Starting at noon Saturday there
will be a charge of $6/head/day for all
remaining animals that were not designated
for us to deliver There will be no charge
for feed and care of animals that are
designated for us to deliver when you
check out unless the delivery is delayed
for any reason by the buyer We can have
Interstate Health Certificates for all animals
that are going to states that accept cattle
from our Certified Brucelosis Free herd
#4808 without additional testing The few
bulls in this sale that are not virgin bulls are
identified as such & have a Trich negative
test prior to the sale However, if your
state requires additional testing like TB or
Brucelosis, or Trick for virgin bulls, then
that will be done the week after the sale
and we can to provide Interstate Health
Certificates as soon as we get results back
from the lab
PREFERREDDELIVERYPOINTS
The
destinations on the chart have been selected
as “Preferred Delivery Points.” Please
select the two delivery points that are most
convenient for you Drop points may be
adjusted after the sale time depending
on the location and purchases of each
buyer. Please keep in mind that this is a
guide for “Preferred Delivery Points,” not
guaranteed delivery points We will be glad
to calculate the cost to additional delivery
points after the sale. Please give us your
home, office and mobile phone numbers
so that we can contact you in regard to the
delivery of your cattle
RISK and INSURANCE
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions in
the back of this catalog, all cattle become
the risk of the purchaser as soon as they
are sold To protect your interests, shipping
insurance is offered at settlement time The
cost of this insurance is minimal and we
encourage all buyers to purchase it to cover
the animal for at least two weeks
HORSE LOAD OUT
Make arrangements with Todd McCartney
M) 817-771-6013 at the close of the horse
auction They will be loaded near the
area where they are displayed at our sale
facility. You must settle up in the sale office
where you will get 2 copies of your Bill
of Sale We will only load animals after
receiving a copy of your Bill of Sale We
do not offer delivery service on horses
