Semen Testing/First Breeding Season Guarantee
All bulls are semen tested for the first time and scrotal evalua-
tions and measurements are all done by Northwest Vet Clinic. If
an unfortunate problem arises in structure or fertility during the
first breeding season please notify us promptly. We can provide
a satisfactory replacement (if available) or a credit will be is-
sued for next year’s sale for the bulls full purchase price less any
salvage value. We highly recommend re-testing bulls prior to
turn out due to the lapse of time and to protect against unseen
problems. Also, short term death policies will be available sale
day.

Interest Retained In Bulls
You will notice that we are selling a % interest and full posses-
sion in a select group of herd sires in this offering. This means
the bull is in your control and possession unless otherwise stated
or mutually agreed upon handling of the bull for promotional
purposes. You get 100% of the salvage value of the bull. We
simply reserve the right to share in any revenue from semen sales
in the bull if at sometime in the future semen sales become a pos-
sibility. If you sell this bull to another breeder, NCC retains their
stated semen interest in the bull. Retaining a semen interest also
reserves access to young sires we wish to incorporate back in the
NCC breeding program. Any semen you choose to collect as an
“insurance policy” on your bull for your own use, is 100% yours.
Cost incurred in building a jointly owned semen bank for sale
purposes will be shared equally based on the portion of interest
owned by each party.
Bull/Female Post Sale Care and Transportation
All fall bulls and bred females need to by picked up sale day,
unless arrangements have been made. We will provide 30 days
post sale care on the yearling bulls. We will take care of your
purchases as our own and to the best of our ability. There will be
no guarantee against injury or death. We will assist you in out
of state travel arrangements and health needs. Local customers
will be contacted in early April for delivery arrangements.
Yearling bulls taken home sale day will receive a $50 sale
credit off their purchase price per bull.
