Consigned by Clancy and Ida McNabb: “Skittles
is one of the most unusual colors of roan we
have ever seen. He gets his name because he
is a rainbow of colors is the sunlight. He is kind,
gentle and very willing to please. He is good for
all levels of riders. For the past year and a half he
has been Clancy’s main “go to” horse for every
job. Skittles is a smooth-riding, handy horse that
has gone many miles up, down and across the
mountains. He is happy to walk calmly down
the trail but has plenty of speed and go when
asked. He has a nice stop and good spins. For
more information call 307-250-0900.”

This pretty sorrel with 4 white socks is as nice
to ride as he is to look at. Ken always finds me
really nice horses to ride and this is one more
of them. The first hard, all- day ride I put on
him, we gathered one of our summer mountain
pastures to sort off some cows and calves. He
covered lots of ground easily and crossed bogs
and creeks with no hesitation. When squeezed
in a pen packed with cows, he just took it all in
stride. He has been like that every day since.
Ridden by Diemer True.
