Cattle Inspection:
Bulls can be viewed at the ranch anytime
prior to Sunday, February 24. Bulls can be inspected at the
Burwell Livestock Market on the afternoon of Sunday, February
24, from 2 to 4 p.m., or the morning of Monday, February 25.
Terms and Conditions:
Bulls sell according to the terms and
conditions of the American Angus Association. Derner Angus
will retain 1/3 ownership and 1/3 semen interest in all bulls.
Buyer has full possession. Semen collection would be at
convenience of buyer.
Wintering:
We will winter bulls until April 15, 2013.
Delivery:
Negotiable
Guarantee:
The bulls are guaranteed to be fertile,
reproductive and sound in accordance with the rules and
regulations of the American Angus Association.
Health Certificates:
Health certificates for interstate
movement of animals will be available following the sale. Any
other out-of-state health requirements will be met as needed.
Liability:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own
risk, legal or otherwise for their safety or the behavior of the
animals. The Owners assume no liability for property loss or any
accidents that may occur.

the catalog.

First Breeding Season Guarantee
All bulls selling for $3,500 or more will be guaranteed 50% by
Derner Angus during their first breeding season. Breeding season
is defined as the 60-day period following the first turnout of bulls.
50% of the value of the injured bull, minus one-half salvage value,
will be given as a credit in next year’s sale or toward a replacement
bull if one is available. Bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian.
Please notify us as soon as possible following veterinarian
inspection and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All
claims must be made by September 1, 2013.
