Peerless was purchased by Silver Spur and Jeffries Land & Cattle in
the 2010 sale. He is a rare combination of B571 X Rambo, result-
ing in excellent calving ease and carcass traits, along with conver-
sion and calvability. He’s the genetic link to build an easy-keeping,
good-uddered cowherd with longevity and carcass superiority. He
was the AI sire used on the Cross Diamond bred heifers.

This offering of commercial heifers consists of purchased Red Angus
heifer calves from Red Angus operations in Nebraska. The heifers
were purchased, then rigorously culled for quality, disposition, forag-
ing ability and health. After studying these heifers for nearly a year, we
think we are providing a solid group of heifers who will become fer-
tile, capacious, easy-fleshing mother cows, with soundness and adapt-
ability. Buy with confidence that these females will have a positive
impact on your replacement program.
The health programs in these herds are excellent.

Rebuilding after Storm Atlas
Our hearts and prayers have been with our
neighbors in those areas of South Dakota, Ne-
braska andWyoming that were struck by the de-
vestation of the blizzard in early October.
Through faith and determination, we know that
rebuilding will occur and we want to help. 1%
of the proceeds from the sale of all of the com-
mercial heifers will go to the fund to benefit our
fellow cattlemen and cattlewomen who are re-
building.
Our thanks to Paxton Ranch, Horsley Red
Angus and Silver Spur Ranch for readily sup-
porting this benefit idea.
