Ear Tags on Sale Cattle
Ear tags on all lots correspond with the lot numbers in
the sale catalog. Ear tag numbers on commercial heifers
will be announced as heifers are sold. Ear tag numbers
on heifers correspond to consignor. Commercial heifer
information and consignors are listed on page 107.

Herd Health
All cattle sold out of state will be accompanied by health
certificates prepared by Dr. James Payne. All bulls have
passed a breeding soundness exam performed by Dr.
Mike Pallone, Rose Bud, Arkansas. All bulls have tested
negative for Trichomoniasis within 30 days of sale.
Cattle Loadout
Registered females may be loaded after the registered
female sale during daylight hours on Friday, October 12.
Commercial heifers and bulls may be loaded after the
bulls sell Saturday, October 13, 2012. If weather condi-
tions are suitable, single bulls may be loaded during the
bull sale on October 13, beginning at 1 pm.
Airports
• Birmingham Airport (Birmingham Shuttlesworth
International Airport) Located 115 miles from Cow Creek.
• Private Aircraft may use Aliceville Airport. The airport
features a 4920 foot paved and lighted landing strip (6
miles from ranch).
Commercial airports are also located in Jackson,
Mississippi (140 miles), Columbus, Mississippi (40 miles.

Trucking
Trucking is available.
Terms of Payment
Terms of the sale are cash, personal or company check.
No cattle will leave ranch until settlement is made.
