Motels:
Motel accomodations are currently limited in our area and it is recommended that
they be made well in advance. If you are in need of accomodations, please contact
us and we would be happy to assist you. Minot and Williston are both located 75
miles from the ranch, and are the most likely possibilities for finding accomodations.
Lunch:
Complimentary lunch will be served prior to the sale.

Calving Ease Recommendations:
Scrotal measurements and ultra-sound carcass data will be available on sale
day.
Each bull has been given a calving ease recommendation based on a 3 check
system:

We are not responsible for any typographical errors. Announcements made
by the seller on sale day will take precedence over any statements in catalog.
All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Seller assumes no
responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in, on, or about
the premises.
Liability:
Unless otherwise noted, Barenthsen-Bullinger Red Angus will retain 1/2
semen interest in all bulls.

Bulls are guaranteed to breed. A breeding soundness exam will be conducted
prior to delivery. If a bull is proven unable to breed from that exam, buyer will
be given a full refund of purchase price, credit on next year’s sale, or a replace-
ment bull of equal quality as acceptable to buyer.
Any bulls selling from $2,500 to $5,000 will carry a first breeding season guar-
antee. For any bulls selling over $5,000, we would be glad to share with buyer
on insurance premium. If a bull is injured permanently and unable to breed
cows, we will replace him or give credit in next year’s sale, less salvage of the
injured bull. A breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the
first turnout of the bull. Yearling heifers are guaranteed open and breedable.
Guarantee:
All bulls and heifers are in good health and are Select Vac certified. They will be
given a breeding soundness exam by Marshall Hermanson, DVM, and will also
receive two doses of a Fusogard shot for foot rot prior to delivery All heifers are
bangs vaccinated. All animals have been poured with Ivomec.
Health:
If unable to attend the sale, bidding arrangements can be made with a buyer
representative or with Mark or Jeremy at the ranch. All bids will be handled in
strict confidence. A conference line will be available for bidding on sale day.
Call in advance to make arrangements. DVAuction will also be available for
online bidding. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer.
Bidding:
Free delivery of bulls within a 300 mile radius. Delivery arrangements can be
made at least possible cost to the buyer for furthur distance. If needed, we can
assist in making delivery arrangements for heifers at least possible cost to the
buyer. We ask the delivery of heifers be made as soon as possible.
Delivery:
Visitors are welcome at the ranch anytime prior to the sale. Videos of the
animals will be available at BBRedAngus.com in early February. Animals will
be available for viewing in the mid-afternoon on Feb. 19th, and chili will be
served in the sale barn.

Sale Order:
A sale order will be provided on sale day. Animals have been
cataloged according to age.
Terms of the sale are cash unless other arrangements have been made.

Bulls will be kept and fed free of charge until April 1, 2013.
Volume Discount:
A 5% volume discount will be given on the purchase of 3 or more bulls.
