I’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to our 23rd Annual Bull and Female
Sale at the ranch, north of Phillipsburg, KS. This year’s sale will offer the popular
National Western Bulls as well as the best females we’ve ever parted with. The bulls
and heifers in this sale are from cows that are run the way you run them. The cows
have got to raise a big calf, breed back, calve unassisted and keep with limited feed
and labor resources.
DVAuction shot a video of the bulls in January. This video will be available on their
web site prior to the sale day. The cattle will not enter the sale ring, but will be close
by for your visual appraisals. We did this to save time and expense, not because the
bulls are wild or nervous. As usual we would love to have you come by beforehand
and evaluate the bulls anytime. The bulls are fully guaranteed for the first breed-
ing season. We will have a complete supplemental sheet available sale day on the
site and on the web as soon as the results are in. The bulls will be delivered free of
charge up to 150 miles or large volume purchases. Care for the bulls will be free up
until April 10th. The bulls are being developed on a forage based diet to express
their full genetic potential and longevity for you as a producer. They have not been
pushed or burnt up on feed to get bigger yearling weights and rib eyes.
