Embryo Package Rules:
All embryo packages consist of three (3) embryos. All embryos are fully guaranteed to consist of their respective mating described herein. There
are no guarantees either written or oral as to the conception rate realized when using these embryos due to the geographical locations and na-
ture of the event. Consignors will accept no responsibility if seller implants embryos on his/her own terms. An exception to the rule is if the buyer
uses an embryo technician that is agreed upon by the seller and the buyer informs the seller of his intentions in writing (handwritten or email)
prior to implanting the embryos, at least one pregnancy will be guaranteed per three embryos sold. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for all
shipping and expense.
All Embryos will be sold per embryo.
Right to Flush Rules:
A minimum of six (6) embryos, Grade One, transferable embryos are guaranteed to the buyer. In the event the chosen cow does not pro-
duce a minimum of six (6) embryos, the buyer will have the option of flushing the cow again until the minimum and only the minimum of
six embryos is achieved, or the buyer may have the option of a prorated price per embryo return based on purchase price at the Black Hills
Stock Show®. This settlement will be handled only through the buyer and seller. If the chosen cow produces more than six transferable em-
bryos, all embryos will be the property of the buyer. Consignor is responsible for choosing the embryo technician and location for flushing
procedure. This information will be available at auction time. The buyer will be responsible for the expenses associated with the embryo
flush, unless otherwise stated. A written document will be signed by consignors and buyer after the sale that defines and guarantee terms
and conditions of flush. Time range donor can be flushed will be included in document. If consignor does not follow time range agreed
upon, consignor must be able to refund the purchase price paid. Flush schedule terms and technicians to be specified on entry forms.
Purchaser will pay 25% of purchase price at time of Sale and the reminder of the price during time of flush.
Sale Rules:
All embryo lots sell per egg times the number of eggs in the package. With choice lots the winning bidder gets the right to pick the mating of
their choice and receive three eggs, if they wish to double the hammer price they can take six eggs, either six of one mating or three of each.
All online or phone bids must be made within 7 business days.
