Welcome to the first annual “REDS ON THE ROCKS” sale. Let me first
say that the genetics offered in this event are, I truly believe, second to no other
offering in the Red Angus world. It was our goal as we set out to assemble lots
for this event to go after the absolute elite genetics from breeders herds who we
respect from all over the North American continent. We are very pleased with
the genetics that these breeders have offered us and believe that you will be as
well. I really like the concept of this event and it basically allows us to “play in
the same sand box” with many of the worlds top Red Angus breeders through
either semen, embryos or flush opportunities. Inside these covers you will find
some older hard to find genetics as well as the very leading edge of the newest
genetics available to Red Angus breeders anywhere. It is certainly a tribute to
the breeders who have brought us intricate breeding pieces from their herds for
us to offer you. It is with a great deal of pride that we offer you these genetics
through this event.
As we travel around the North American continent attending various shows
and sales, one thing has become very apparent. While cattle numbers are in a
decline phase and many other breeds are struggling to survive, the Red Angus
breed is more popular than any time in history and continues to grow even
during a time of herd reductions. There is one very good reason for this, the
cattle as a breed are just that good! It doesn’t matter if you are a commercial
producer or a purebred operation, these Red Angus cattle will work!
We encourage you to examine the lots in this catalog carefully and if you have

myself and we will try to answer any question you may have. If you cannot
attend this event in person, we will be broadcasting the sale on DV Auction or
you can contact me directly to handle any of your buying needs. As always,
