Viroqua is located 1 hour south of LaCrosse, WI or 2
hours northwest of Madison, WI
Woodhill Farms is located 9 miles southwest of Viroqua,
WI on Highways 27 and 82 at Liberty Pole, WI.
Watch for the Woodhill Farms sign in Liberty Pole.

Announcements from the block sale day take precedence
over information in this sale book.
SALE ORDER:
Bulls will sell in sale book order.
DELIVERY:
We deliver bulls free of charge to Wisconsin and bordering
states. Delivery costs will not exceed $350 per bull outside of
this area provided Woodhill makes arrangements.
We offer a
$100 discount per bull if you haul your own bull within
2 weeks of the sale date.
ADDITIONAL DATA:
All EPDs in the sale book are current as of March 15
including ultrasound and yearling EPDs.
REVENUE SHARING:
We are maintaining one-third interest in semen revenue
share in a number of these bulls. This entitles Woodhill
to use semen within our herd and register calves. Ad-
ditionally, should the bull be leased for semen sales, our
revenue share will be pro-rated accordingly.
Video of sale bulls will be posted the week of March 26 at
HERD HEALTH:
Bulls have been vaccinated with Pfizer products Bovi-
Shield Gold, Ultrabac 7, One Shot, and treated with Dec-
tomax. Bulls are fertility checked and sell as guaranteed
breeders. All bulls will be accompanied with proper health
papers for immediate shipment.
INSURANCE:
Livestock mortality insurance will be available sale day.
