road west 1 mile. Turn left (south) 13 miles (last 2 miles
gravel). Take a left (east) 3-1/2 miles.

Turn west at Montpelier sign. 6-1/2 miles
west on gravel.
From Gackle –
East to 76 Ave. SE. Turn north, go 5
miles and 1/2 mile east.

From I-94
—Exit 208 (Dawson). South on Hwy. 3
(approx. 10 miles) to mile marker 75, 1 mile east.
From Napoleon
—North on Hwy. 3 (approx. 15 miles)

Announcements made sale day and from the auction
block during the sale, take precedence over printed mate-
rial associated with this sale.
Wilkinson Farms Simmentals and C Diamond Inc. will
reserve 1/3 semen interest and the right to collect semen
on any bull sold in this sale (for in-herd use only). This
would be done at seller’s expense and buyer’s conven-
ience.
All cattle sell under the terms and conditions of the
American Simmental Association.
Any cattle going to CANADA will be delivered to the
nearest ND/CAN border crossing facility. These cattle
will be tested and cleared for export for a $100/head fee.
We will not be responsible for death or injury. We
highly recommend
that you insure your bulls on sale
day, if they are to go back to our ranches.
Heifers: All buyers of females will be responsible
for the heifers after the sale. We will help to coordi-
nate hauling arrangements, if needed.

• Feed bulls until April 1st. After April 1st, we will
charge $2/day for each animal.
*Note for feeding bulls. CDI
is in the heart of their
calving on April 1 and probably will not get deliveries
made until later. You will NOT be charged feed costs
without prior notice.
• Test all bulls and guarantee their soundness at delivery.
• Free bull delivery up to 200 miles.
• We ultrasound all bulls and all replacement females.
• Wilkinson Farms now has data for their entire herd
with 14 years of ultrasound history. C Diamond has
10 years of ultrasound data on their herd.
