Contest Rules
1. Only Texas-raised breeder deer are eligible for Breeder categories.
2. Only legally harvested Texas deer are eligible for Hunter Harvest categories.
3. Only antlers from the 2011-2012 season are eligible.
4. All current TDA members and their families are eligible.
5. Synthetic antlers will not be allowed, arrangements can be made with Bob Zaiglin to pre-score the
actual antlers prior to the Convention. Any antlers already scored by Bob Zaiglin can be used.
6. First time harvest awards are encouraged.
7. Best Of Show entries must be available for display August 9 (by 10pm) through August 11.

* FIRST TIME HARVEST RULE:
Entry is of your First Time Harvest and can be either adult or youth. Entry can be either the antlers or
photograph, date of harvest must be included. Entrants will write a three sentence description of their first harvest on a note card. All entries
will receive a certificate. Overall Winner prize TBA.
