Loss of use Guarantee
As bred cows in our customer’s herd is of the utmost importance to us at Sodak Angus, we will
furnish a replacement bull if available on the event a customer’s bull is injured and loss of use
occurs prior to Sept. 1

2013. If a suitable replacement is not available Sodak Angus will credit
the customer in future sales for 50% of the purchase price minus the salvage value. All claims of
injuries must be reported prior to Sept. 1

and Mortality Insurance will be available on sale day.
