season is defined as the

period following turnout. The value of the injured bull, minus $1,500.00, will be given as
credit in next year’s bull sale, or toward a replacement bull, if one is available. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a
veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible should any injury occur, and prior to the bull being sold. All claims must
be made by
September 1, 2013

The ultrasound information, collected by Jolene Grunhaupt, (officially calculated by the American Angus or Red Angus
Associations) yearling weights, and scrotal measurements will be available sale day or prior too. The bulls will be BVD, semen
tested, and scrotal measured, by DVM Jeff Erquiaga, and
ready for viewing
, on Friday afternoon prior to the sale. This infor-

bulls can be viewed here at home, THE COFFEE POT IS ALWAYS ON.
All the 2013 sale bulls
are qualified for registration. The Bulls will be transferred prior to delivery. Let the office help
know your desires on sale day.
Selling 2/3 interest and full possession, SMITH FARMS reserves the right to retain
one- third semen interest on all bulls sold.
We will continue to feed and develop the bulls, until delivering them to you around April 1st.
Those animals with
potential carriers of AM, NH, CA, or OS have been tested clean. X-Factor sons have a genetic double muscle potential,
for which we have chosen not to test.
