Dear Fellow Cattlemen,
It has been a true pleasure working with the great individuals involved in putting
together this outstanding offering. This is a breed of cattle that has been very impressive to
the staff of CAS for quite some time and the quality and depth continues. With total pounds
of beef produced from an acre of pasture being one of the best measure of profitability, this
lineup of cattle will earn a place in any program.
Whether you are looking to add a herdsire to your seedstock operation, your next
show animal, a future foundation female or simply to add to your commercial herd there
are lots here that will fit the bill. The Lowline influence will reduce calving issues, reduce
frame size and produce more ribeye area per hundredweight when compared with other
genetics. This breed offers the chance to significantly reduce the size of the females in a
herd while maintaining muscle and producing mainstream industry carcasses.

Thank you for taking the time to look at the exceptional
offering of cattle that Shea and I have assembled.
Since getting into the Lowline breed and traveling
around to different sales, my father Rusty had the dream
of putting together a production sale here at the ranch.
After his passing last year, the challenge of putting on a sale that would make him proud and raise the bar for all those that
follow. I think the cattle and the program we have put together will do just that.
I want to thank all of those that have helped me through this tough time: my family, Shea and Kim Esser , Matt Reinken , Murray
Skippen, and Shawn Varner. Most of all I need to thank Rusty for all he did to make this possible, who I’m sure is watching with
a grin from ear to ear.
