Bull Wintering Program:
Bulls will be kept free of charge until April
15, 2013 at the buyer’s risk.
Inspection of the Cattle:
Cattle will be available Monday evening,
February 18, at the sale barn. Feel free to view the cattle at the ranch
anytime prior to the sale.
Health:
Interstate health papers will be available on all cattle selling.
All bulls selling were given the following vaccinations: In the spring
Naselgen shot, One shot, 7 way and poured. Pre weaning Bovishield
Gold 5, one shot, 7 way. At weaning Bovishield Gold 5, 7 way, and
poured. All dams to the bulls have tested negative for Johne’s. All bulls
will be tested negative for AM, CA, NH, M1, D2 by test or by pedigree.
Terms:
Cash. Please settle for cattle promptly.
Trucking:
We will assist you in making the best trucking arrange-
ments.
Liability:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal
or otherwise, for their safety or the animals'. The owners, auction ser-
vice and sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accidents
that may occur.
Insurance:
Will be available sale day.
Announcements:
From the block will take precedence over the sale
book.
Lunch:
A complimentary lunch will be available sale day prior to the
sale at 12 Noon.
Semen Testing:
Will be done around the first of April when all bulls
have reached a year of age. All bulls are guaranteed to be sound and
fertile breeders.
Semen Interest:
We will be retaining a 1/3 semen interest on all bulls
selling in this sale. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all
bulls unless otherwise noted.
Ultrasounding:
Will be done around the middle of January, call the
Ranch for results or see the results sale day.
Yearling Weights:
Will be available sale day.
