This bull starts what many say has been the best pen of bulls in our entire sale for
several years. This year they are even better as we continue to grow our program of
blending the best genetics of both Angus breeds - black and red. This bull may be one of the best Angus bulls we have ever produced. Yes
he is a black Angus - just registered with the other Angus Association. The reality is that Red Angus & black Angus are considered the same
breed & registered in the same association in virtually all other countries around the world. We don’t see a need to discriminate. We just want
to raise you the best cattle possible & strive to improve your profit through our improved genetics. These next 50 black bulls are a blend of
the best in both Angus & Red Angus. They carry both a red gene & a black gene. When bred to straight black Angus cows you can expect 100%
black calves just like all of the 220 Angus bulls up to this point. Breed them to black baldy cows & expect 75% black calves or breed them to
red cows & expect 50% of the calves to be black & 50% red.
What a great bull to lead off this group. His tremendous growth, carcass, depth and thickness galore, make him one that everyone can be
