-RETAINING INTERESTS-
Those bulls are noted in the footnotes plus additional bulls
may be added from the auction block. This does not restrict
your use since you have full possession. Very few bulls will
actually be collected and when it does occur we will work
with the buyer at their convenience.

-FERTILITY-
Bulls are semen tested and scrotal measurements will be
available.
-BVD - PI TEST-
All sale bulls are negative.
-ULTRASOUND-
Ultrasound for back fat, marbling and ribeye will be available.
-EPDs-
EPD’s are now being updated weekly. The EPD’s printed in
this catalog are as of 1-3-2013.
-FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE-
All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first
breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day
period following the first turnout of the bulls. Credit for the
purchase amount less $1000 (buyer keeps salvage value) will
be applied toward a bull for replacement of an injured bull.
Credit is for a replacement bull or credit in the 2014 sale.
-VOLUME DISCOUNT-
$100 Discount off third bull purchased and
$100 off for each additional bull.
-FREE WINTERING-
Bulls will have excellent care and will be delivered in early April.
-FREE DELIVERY-
Bulls will be delivered free within 300 miles.
-NUTRITION-
The bulls are not creep fed. They are developed on the
ranch on 25 acres with 100 percent of the roughage grass
hay. Bulls have not been fed any corn. The complete ration
includes soy hulls, DDGS, supplement, molassas, and
ground hay
-INSURANCE-
Mortility Insurance (Death or injury, resulting in death) will
be available through American Livestock Insurance Co.
