TERMS OF THE AUCTION:
Cattle and merchandise will sell
under the standard terms of a dispersal auction. Every effort
has been made to make all information available to potential
purchasers. Except in special cases, cattle will sell without
further guarantee. Please review auction catalog and update
sheets prior to purchasing and ask the owner, sale manager, or
auction staff should you have any questions. Title and risk for
all merchandise pass to the purchaser at the time of payment
but all reasonable steps will be taken by the seller to assume
safe care of merchandise until this point.
HEALTH:
All cattle sell with health certificates valid for inter-
state transfer to most states. If your state requires additional
or unordinary testing please ask prior to purchasing. Extra
health work expenses will be assumed by the purchaser and
may delay delivery time.
LIVESTOCK HAULING:
Purchases must be removed as
quickly as possible after the auction. Haulers will be avail-
able for hire by the purchaser for livestock delivery to central
points or directly to their final destinations. Delivery arrange-
ments will be made by the auction manager at the request of
the purchaser and all efforts will be made to combine loads to
reduce delivery expense. All delivery expenses and risks are
assumed by the purchaser(s). No merchandise will be re-
leased without proper settlement or clearance by the seller.
