DIRECTIONS TO THE SALE SITE:
The sale will be held 4 miles West of Versailles
on Hwy 52. The sale headquarters is located
on the North side of the road.
SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES:
We always appreciate our past and new customers being with us
on sale day. However, we realize that schedules can conflict and if
for any reason you cannot attend this sale please feel free to contact
any of the sale staff, auctioneer, or sale manager to discuss your bull
requirements. Your bids will be accepted and handled with strict
confidence.
HERDHEALTH:
All cattle with be accompanied by proper health certificates for im-
mediate shipment.
TRUCKING:
Mead Farms will assist in making trucking arrangements for any of
your bull purchases.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

MEAD FARMS BREEDING GUARANTEE:
We guarantee that all breeding cattle sold by Mead Farms, both bulls and females, are fertile to the best of
our knowledge. If a bull is injured at any time during the first breeding season following the sale so to make
them functionally infertile, we will provide you with a satisfactory replacement (if available), or issue you a
credit equal to the bull’s purchase price minus the salvage value received for that bull. We would simply ask
you to contact us before you cull your infertile animal.
This is not a life insurance policy. We will not replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason. We
would suggest that normal care needs to be exercised toward these animals and that particularly the yearling
bulls not be allowed to get too thin.
This guarantee is in addition to the Sale Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association which
also apply.
