All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions recommended
by the North American Limousin Foundation.

All females selling are guaranteed free of genetic defects recognized
by the breed at this time. Any animals with suspected parentage
were tested and are therefore deemed clean.

Sale-day comments take precedence over printed material.
•
EPDs are current as of 8/3/12. The most current EPDs will be
available sale day.
Sale Location...
Renaissance Hotel to Magness:
From the Renaissance Hotel head
north on Quebec Street/CO-35N. From Quebec St. merge onto I-270W/
US 36W, follow for 3.5 miles. Take exit 1 toward I-76W. Take the following
exit 1A toward Fort Morgan on I-76E. Follow I-76E for 6 miles. At Exit 12
merge to the left onto US-85 toward Brighton. You will pass through the
town of Brighton, and then Fort Lupton. There is a stoplight in Fort Lupton
and the ranch is about 5 miles ahead. Turn left onto Weld County Road
24-1/2,
follow west until you see the Magness Land & Cattle sign. At the
sign, turn right and continue to sale facility.
DIA to Magness:
Exit DIA on Pena Blvd. Take E-470 (toll road) west
to Hwy. 85 north/Brighton Exit. Follow Hwy. 85 through the town of
Brighton, and then Fort Lupton. There is a stoplight in Fort Lupton and the
ranch is about 5 miles ahead. Turn left onto Weld County Road 24-1/2,
follow west until you see Magness Land & Cattle sign. At the sign, turn
right and continue to sale facility.
Denver (I-25) to Magness:
While driving north or south on I-25,
take the Longmont Exit onto Hwy. 66. Follow Hwy. 66 east until you come
to a stop light at the intersection of Hwy. 85. Turn south (right) onto Hwy.
85
and follow for about 2 miles to Weld County Road 24-1/2 and turn
right. Follow WCR 24-1/2 west until you see the Magness Land & Cattle
sign. At the sign, turn right and continue to sale facility.
