DELIVERY:
We will deliver
bulls
the first 200 miles at our expense on total
bull
purchases of $7,500 or more by individual purchasers if the average
purchase price is $2,500/head or more. We will cooperate, coordi-
nate and arrange any other deliveries for you. In many cases, we can
get your cattle close to your ranch on loads going that direction, try-
ing to fill each load and get the cattle to you as cheaply as possible
on a per head basis. To facilitate delivery arrangements, we will keep
the cattle at the ranch the first 3 days following the sale at our
expense. We can and will care for cattle for additional time (beyond
the 3 days) to help coordinate and cheapen your delivery expense.
The charge for additional care beyond the 3 days will be $5/head per
day.
Please note: free delivery does not apply to commercial bred
heifers.
The buyer assumes the risk of death, injury or sickness as
soon as sold.

of sale are incorporated herein by reference. Each sale of each ani-
mal includes the terms stated therein.
The sale will operate the same as usual with the buyer having the
option on 5 head or more heifers in each pen as announced from
the auction block. Then that number will be gate cut out of the pen
when they are delivered or when they are moved to feed pens
following the sale.
