Here is ayoungSplit Shift calf whowill put pounds on your calves. His birthweight
and EPD suggest using him on heifers, but I would only do that if you have
bigger framed heifers. The Split Shift calves are carcass and performance
bulls with a tic more frame than most. This bull has an outstanding milking
dam in our herd with an MPPA of 103.1. You also need to appreciate the very
dark color of this guy. He’ll do you proud at market time.

One of the few sons out of the 083 bull that proved to be a sire that gives his
calves plenty of pounds and this one is no exception with a weaning weight
of 783 lbs. His momma goes back to a foundation cow we purchased from
Badlands and were lucky enough to get several daughters to keep in our
herd. This guy will add female power to your replacement pen as his dam has
an MPPA of 102.7.

Check out the calving ease on this Travelocity son. We used this guy’s half
maternal sister for a show heifer last year and she turned lots of heads with her
feminine style and she is ready to calve and is showing off a beautiful udder.
This guy is going to build you nice females and use him on heifers with comfort.
His momma is a Glacier Chateau daughter with lots of performance in our
herd with an MPPA of 103.1.
