I cannot say anything to justify this calf without you seeing him in person.
This guy made a lot of friends in Denver with his young age, his length of
body, he’s got huge testicles, and for those of us fortunate enough to work
with his momma, we know he’s one of the good ones. His dam boasts an
MPPA of 108.2 and she weaned this guy off at 951 lbs! She was a six yr old
cow when she gave birth to him and isn’t the biggest cow on the ranch, but
she’s got a beautiful udder and a 28 in milk! I don’t care what you use this
guy on, but you have to keep the females and this guy could surely build
you a herd of cows that’ll keep making you money with weaning power.

We sold one two year old bull in our sale last year and we regret it now. This
calf’s sire was a son to our Entourage bull that we raised and who was calf
champion in Denver. We kept 083 for a year because of his age and because
his momma is a powerful daughter of Lassie 377P from Six Mile Red Angus and
we wanted to use him a bit. This calf explains why we regret selling 083. He
has a low birthweight, a hugeweaning weight, and his momma has an MPPA
of 107.1. And still, this guy maintains a moderate frame. Look at the pedigree
and EPD’s on this guy!
