INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
Cattle will be available for
inspection at the farm until Saturday, February 23rd and then at the
Shamrock Livestock Market until sale time.
BREEDING INTEREST:
Landmark Farms is retaining a semen interest on
all bulls selling.
HEALTH:
Bulls have been vaccinated for 7-way Blackleg, Vira-Shield 5,
Somnus and Pasturella. They have been poured with Ivomec. Bulls have
been semen evaluated, scrotal measured, and have been DNA Tested by
Igenity.
TRUCKING:
Free delivery up to 300 miles on total purchases of $3500 or
more.
BOARDING OF BULLS:
Landmark Angus Farm will keep all bulls until
April 1st free of charge. After April 1st there will be a $3.00/day boarding
charge.
TERMS:
Cash –Please settle for cattle promptly
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All cattle sell according to the
standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
INSURANCE:
Will be available sale day through Conover Auction Service,
an American Livestock Agent.
LIABILITY:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The Owners,
Auction Service, and sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any
accidents that may occur.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
From the block will take precedence over the catalog.
Buyers unable to attend may send their bids to the Auction Service, Field
Representatives or Auctioneer.
