4th, you are buying a Bred Female to be picked up by November 1st, 2013. We will care for and breed
these heifers for you. You may take them home immediately if you desire, but we are offering you this

We will offer AI services up to June 1st and then the heifers will be bred with our bulls. If any
heifers are open in the fall, we will credit you all your money. This is an absolute guarantee!!
