Gibson Hereford Ranch was started by Warren Gibson who bought his first heifer in 1939. Then Larry, Karen and family moved
to the farm to continue the love of the Hereford Cattle. We have had many production sales and have concentrated on the line1
breeding. After our dispersion in 1998, we bought 12 heifers from Holdens and built from there. We have bought several herd
bulls from Jamisons Herefords. We welcome you all to our 2013 production Sale.

Double Heart Diamond Cattle Company has more than 50 years of Hereford experience, knowledge and love of the breed. The
roots of DHD go back to 1950 when Goertz Herefords of Marion, KS, was founded. Cy and Dave Goertz were consignors in the
Yards at the National Western Stock Show from 1954 through 1974.
DHD has made some major changes in the selection of female progeny by purchasing females from Jamisons, Bakers and
Harlands to capitalize on some proven genetics. They are using these genetics to develop the sought after type of Hereford that

Engelhaupt Herefords — Jack Engelhaupt — (402) 775-2588
Engelhaupt Herefords has been in the business since 1911. They have continually sold registered Hereford bulls and heifers
through those years. Jack is the third generation on the ranch located next to the Niobrara River in north central Nebraska. The
cow herd derived from F.B. Polly.
Engelhaupt Herefords is proud to offer big, stout Hereford bulls in this sale. These cattle have been in the severe drought area in
northeast Nebraska and have stood up to all environments. Jack has selected superior stock from reputable seed­stock producers.

TKR Herefords, owned by Bruce and Linda Tucker, has been a part of the Hereford business since the early 1940s. They have
acquired top producing females from prominent herds, including those of Jamison Herefords and Spencer Herefords.
The Nebraska Hereford Association recognized TKR Herefords for their outstanding contributions to the breed. Tuckers invite
you to find the genetics of many of the top herd bulls in the group of bulls in this offering.

We live in SW Nebraska where we are raising our four small children and Hereford cattle. Chris has had a passion to raise
Hereford cattle all of his life; and Sabrina is a fifth generation cattle producer of the Maddux family and showed cattle in the
90s. We have been in the Registered Hereford business since 2008 and have been blessed to build our herd up with the help of
fellow cattle producers. We strive to produce efficient, well made breeding stock that will last for years to come.

We started our registered Hereford herd about 5 years ago. Our cow herd consists of cattle we have purchased from the
Upstream Ranch, Van Newkirk Herefords, Hoffman Herefords, Marvin Feddes & Sons, Jensen Bros., the K & B dispersion, as well
as heifers from Heartland Herefords.
We would like to thank the other breeders for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this sale and are looking forward to

Estergard Ranch registered Herefords was started in the mid 1970’s but our commercial background goes back to the early
1900’s. Primarily Line 1 genetics are being used at the present time. Calving ease, structural soundness, easy fleshing in an eye
appealling package are our primary goals. Good horned Hereford genetics that are linebred for predictablity are our passion.
