Herd Health
All sale cattle are in excellent health and have been poured with
Ivomec. The coming two year old bulls are virgins, have been
semen tested and scrotal measured. The bred heifers have had
all pre-breeding shots as well as two scour (guardian) shots.
They were ultrasounded and have been reexamined to be safe in
calf. DeRouchey Vet Clinic, Miller will handle all health require-
ments on the cattle.
Breeding Guarantees
All bulls will be guaranteed through first 60 day breeding season.
In the event, an animal fails to breed, a suitable replacement will
be made or credit will be given in the next sale. The bred heifers
are safe in calf and thus will be considered a breeder at time of
sale, no further guarantee will apply.
Terms and Conditions
This will be a video auction. All animals will be penned outside.
All animals will sell to the highest bidder with the auctioneer
settling any disputes as to bids. Announced changes in catalog
information will take precedence over any printed material in
catalog. The animals become the property of the highest bidder
as soon as sold and will be cared for, for a reasonable time, at
buyer’s risk. Any person attending this sale does so at their own
risk.
Video Auction
The sale will be conducted with a live auction, however, sale
cattle will not be run through the ring. They will be shown on
three large video screens in the sale ring. All cattle will be on
display in pens.

Conference Call Bidding
We are offering conference call bidding on sale day.
Pre-register to bid: Please call Art Handel at 605/391-8233 prior
to sale day to register for a buyer number. (You may call several
days in advance to pre-register).
To register on sale day call 605/244-9066 between the hours of
10 and 12 (Central Time). All conference call bidders must be
approved by 11:00 in order to bid.

Insurance
All animals become the property of the buyer as soon as sold.
We highly recommend you insure your animals. Art Handel will
be available to assist you in your needs.
Pedigree
All registered animals in the sale are clean of any genetic defect
to the best of our knowledge. All potential genetic defect car-
riers have been DNA’d and will have a profile on file with the
AHA. The registered bred heifers have been DNA’d and will be
profiled for ET permits.
Retained Ownership
We will retain a percentage of several of the bulls and the regis-
tered heifers. Terms will be announced sale day.
Absentee Bids
Any person unable to attend can place a bid through Keith or
Daniel or any of the listed sale representatives. Please have
credit references available.
Delivery
Free delivery on purchases of $5,000 or more to any one loca-
tion within a 300 mile radius if delivered by Fawcett’s Elm Creek
Ranch. We will cooperate on deliveries outside that area. Day of
Sale receive $50 credit on any bull hauled that day.
