EA Blackcap 5090, a maternal sister to Lot 69’s dam.
Our hearts, like those of so many, continue to ache
as we mourn the loss of our two dear friends, Jack
and Vander Reich of Zap, N.D., who were killed
in a tragic automobile accident on Nov. 6, 2012.
Jack, owner of Reich Angus, was a well-known and
respected cattle breeder and industry leader. He
served as a National Cattlemen’s Beef Association
and North Dakota Angus Association director and
the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association president.
Vander, a fifth-grader, was an active young man
who loved to hunt, fish, cowboy and spend time with
his family. Our lives are better for having known
Jack and Vander. May they rest in peace.
