Welcome to our new chapter as we have completed the transition from Blue Ston
Farms to Curtin Land & Cattle. The cattle and management are the same as you have
come to know in the past. We have many beef industry experts predicting these next few
years to be the “golden era of beef production.” Now is the time to invest in top qual-
ity genetics like you can find at Curtin Land & Cattle. We travel many miles every day
evaluating sires and sire groups, to produce the kind of cattle that will keep our custom-
ers profitable. We have again elected this year to run the Pfizer HD 5OK DNA profile
on our entire bull and heifer calf offering. This technology is the equivalent of having 12
progeny turned in on AHIR. Bottom line, more accuracy leads to more predictability.
As always the bulls are developed on a balanced ration designed to bring out the bull’s
genetic potential but not harm longevity or fertility. All cattle sell fully guaranteed, we
stand behind them if a problem arises. As always, we offer free delivery to Illinois and
surrounding states, $100 per head take home sale day discount, we will provide 2 straws
of semen on any owned herd sire per female purchased, heifer calf breeding option, baby
calf naming option.
