Terms
Drivers license will be required in order to obtain a buyers card. CASH or
checks will be accepted with proper identification. Credit cards (Visa or Master
Card) will be accepted, please note a 3% buyers premium will be assessed on
each credit card purchase. All animals are to be paid for during or immediately
following the sale and will not be released until settlement has been made.
Goats will not be transferred until paid for in full.
Goats will not be loaded or released to buyers until the sale’s
conclusion. Goats must be removed from sale facility on sale
day unless previous arrangements have been made.
Phone Bids
Phone bids will be accepted with pre-approved credit and sale arrangements.

Bids and Disputes
In cases of dispute, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If
no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the Auctioneer
accepted the last bid. The Auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
Announcements
Announcements at the sale by the owners or Auctioneer will take precedence
over statements in the sale catalog. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale
lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time. Buyers are cautioned to
pay attention to any such announcements or changes posted.
Registration Certificates
A copy of registration will be provided at time of payment. If paying by check,
the seller will then transfer when the check has cleared the bank (10-14 days)
the original registration will be mailed to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for
forwarding the forms and transfer fees to the association of their choice.
Breeders Guarantee
Every effort has been made to offer sound animals able to produce offspring.
However, animals will be sold as is with no warranties or guarantees expressed
or implied. Buyers are encouraged to contact sellers if problems or questions
arise.
Health Certificates
Health certificates will be provided.
Transportation
Purchase price does not include transportation fees and are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. However, we will provide the names and telephone
numbers of those who have agreed to transport animals purchased at
this sale.
Liability
Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of
the Buyers, neither the Sales Management, Auctioneer, and its employees and
contractors, not the Sellers assumes any responsibility in this matter and they
disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accident or loss of property.
