Unborn Fawns
:
Consignor must guarantee fawn he is selling. Buyer pays 10%
down day of auction. If Buyer does not get the animal he was bidding on, Seller
refunds commission to Buyer. Otherwise balance is due upon return of DNA.
Semen
: 100%
down day of auction. Semen must be collected at time of auction.
Live Animals:
50%
down day of auction
Commission = 10% No Sale Fee = $200
Cash, check or credit card accepted. 5% Buyer Premium. Buyer Premium will be
waived if paying with cash or check.
Purchasers are buying animals/semen under his/her own examination and opinion.
All guarantees are between the buyer and seller. Any announcements made day of the
auction take precedence over printed matter. Semen 100% down, live animals 50%
down, unborn fawns 10% down day of the auction. Balance due in 30 days, unless
otherwise stated by the consigner. The auction company is not responsible for the
exchange of the animals or semen. Sellers have the right to reject any or all bids.
