SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder . The auctioneer
will settle any disputes and his decision on such matters shall be fi-
nal. All prospective buyers must register with the office prior to the
sale. Terms of the sale are cash or check in US funds, to Central Ne-
braska Ranch & Production Horse Sale. A sale tax number must be
provided or sales tax will be collected on purchases.
A certificate of registration on the registered horses will be fur-
nished and transferred to the purchaser.
MANAGEMENT WILL
SEND ALL REGISTRATION PAPERS WITH TRANSFERS
TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR TRANSFER AFTER FUNDS
CLEAR .
Horses going out of state will be coggins tested immedi-
ately by Medicine Valley Vet at sale site with test results known sale
day.
Announcements from the auction block will take precedence
over printed material in this catalog. Buyers should thoroughly ex-
amine the horses that interest them. Horses are at the buyers risk,
expense and responsibility from the time of purchase. The owner
makes all guarantees. Right Of Recourse must be directed to the
owner of the horse. All mares will be pregnancy examined and guar-
anteed pregnant at time of sale unless otherwise announced. All rid-
ing horses are guaranteed sound unless otherwise stated.
Immediately after the horse is sold, it will be the sole risk and
responsibility of the buyer, however, possession cannot be obtained
until payment is made.
A horse purchased from a breeder in the sale may be sold as a
working horse in a future sale
with the permission of the original
breeder/owner still selling in the sale or the sale committee.
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk.
Buyer will pay the AQHA transfer fee at time of settlement for
each registered horse purchased . AQHA member transfer fees are
$15.00 and non-member transfer fees are $50.00.
