Heifer Program
For future sales, we’re inviting
customers to consign bred
heifers. Heifers need to be bred
to Byergo bulls and preferably
sired by Byergo bulls, which will
be required in the future. We
think by doing this we can add
value to our customers’ cattle.
Ask any of us for details.
• Consistency is important. I think if
you went through our cow herd you
would understand that our cows all
produce or better if they want to be
a part of the next generation.
• Feed Efficiency is now being re-
ported through RADG EPD. It’s
important. It’s easy for one animal to
be costing $1, $2, or even $3 more
per day to feed.
• I’ve heard some speak about bal-
anced EPDs, I think I’d like to have
the best numbers I could get for
what I needed.
