Terms of Sale:
Cash or check, payable immediately following the conclusion of
the sale and before any cattle will be released. The auctioneer will
settle any dispute as to bids.
Herd Health:
All cattle will have interstate health charts required for immediate
shipment. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk after it is
sold.
Mail or Phone Bids:
If you would like to place a bid on any lot but will be unable to
attend the sale, please feel free to place your bid by mail or phone
with the owners or any member of the sale staff.

Registration Certificates:
Each registered animal sells with a certificate of registration
from the American Angus Association (AAA). These cattle will
be transferred to the new owner at the seller’s expense. When
making settlement, please leave specific instructions in writing for
transferring of papers, which will be mailed to you at a later date.
Cattle will not be transferred until paid in full.
Guarantee:
Each registered animal sells under the Terms and Conditions of
the American Angus Association. Every animal is, to the best of
our knowledge, free from any disease or defect, and are sound.
Announcements:
All announcements made from the auction block will take
precedence over statements in the sale book. We reserve the right
to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to
sale time.
Liability:
All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Neither
Branson Angus nor any consignor assumes liability for accidents
or loss of property.
